Cancellation policy – subscriptions and pre-orders
Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription or pre-order. This policy specifies the terms and conditions for canceling or modifying these options.

Subscriptions
By subscribing to a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries according to the frequency chosen.
Your payment details are stored securely and you will be billed every cycle unless you have opted for early payment.
Some subscriptions may be automatically renewed at the end of their term.
You can cancel or change your subscription at any time via the link in the order confirmation email.

Pre-orders
Pre-orders concern works or limited editions which will be available soon.
Partial or full payment may be requested at the time of ordering.
You can cancel a pre-order as long as it has not been processed.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you can request a refund under the terms of our returns policy.
