Dare to go to your depths!

Those in which memories and emotions are buried.
Those we don't Don't allow himself to really feel, because they are too painful, not heard, not "acceptable".

The depths of the water are frightening, because you never know what is below, what is hidden there. It is the unknown.

With suffering and emotions, it's the same thing, we don't know where the bottom is. It is invisible and we do not know what it is made up of. But I know one thing: when we feel invited to go to our depths, it is that We are ready and that on the other side awaits the healing.

Before going to mine, I prepared myself by drawing this painting. I evoke the depths there thanks to the shades of blue, but I also speak ofhope, healing and resilience thanks to the gold flaws.

I invite you to dare plunge into your depths.  In order to make this path, do not hesitate to ask for qualified help for this if you feel the need. Anyway, it is a path that worth it !
